ImpelZone helps you keep a secure-storage routine. It is a reminder tool, not a lock. These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
These terms are an agreement between you and ImpelZone (“ImpelZone”, “we”). They cover the ImpelZone mobile app, the website at https://iz.queuelessapp.com, and the web dashboard for dealers and administrators (together, the “Service”). By installing the app or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we hold and is part of these terms.
ImpelZone lets you record when an item is taken out of secure storage and when it is put away, set a return time, receive reminders, and optionally let a small group of people you choose know if you run late.
ImpelZone does not lock, unlock, monitor, or control anything. It cannot prevent access to an item. It is a habit and reminder tool that supports the routine around the safe, lock, or cabinet you already use. You remain solely responsible for how items are stored and secured.
Reminders and alerts depend on your phone, its settings, network coverage, and third-party notification services. They can be delayed or fail to arrive. Do not rely on the Service as your only safeguard.
The app signs in with an identity stored on your phone rather than an email and password. Keep your phone secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked phone can use the app as you.
Your records are encrypted with keys that exist only on your phone. If you lose the phone without having verified a phone number to move to a new device, your records cannot be recovered, by you or by us. Verifying a phone number is optional, and this is the trade-off.
You can see and remove your signed-in devices in the app, and you can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; see Delete your account.
When you invite someone to your group you give us their phone number. You confirm that you have their permission to do so, that they understand they may receive SMS and push alerts about your check-outs, and that they can decline or leave at any time.
Group members receive generic alerts and can acknowledge them. They never see what your items are, where they are kept, or your history. Whether and how a member responds to an alert is outside our control.

The Service has a free plan and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans bought in the app are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; we never see your payment details. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store.
A dealer activation code grants the plan attached to it to one household. Codes are single-use, may carry an expiry, and may be revoked if issued in error or obtained improperly, in which case the plan they granted ends. Dealers issue codes on their own terms; ImpelZone is not a party to your purchase from a dealer.
We may change plan features or prices. Changes to a paid plan take effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.
Dealers who use the web dashboard agree to use it only to issue and manage their own activation codes, to keep their credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under their account. Dealer applications may be approved, suspended, or rejected at our discretion. Dealers see how many of their codes were used and nothing about the households that used them.
You own the information you record. You give us the limited right to store, transmit, and process it, including in encrypted form we cannot read, for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you and your group.
The app, website, dashboard, and everything we created for them belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control, for as long as these terms are in force.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms. If we withdraw the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice so that you can export your information.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that reminders or alerts will be delivered, that they will be delivered on time, or that the Service will prevent any loss, theft, injury, or unauthorised access. Nothing in the Service is legal or safety advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ImpelZone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, injury, property damage, or loss arising from the storage, use, or misuse of any item, whether or not the Service was used in connection with it. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your entering another person’s information without their consent.
You can end it at any time by deleting your account. We can end it if you break these terms or if we withdraw the Service. Sections 9 to 13 survive termination.
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
